1. Data Minimization & Zero-Sale Commitment
WorkDeve collects only the essential data required to facilitate escrow contracts, identity verification, and financial clearing. We never sell, rent, or commercialize your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
2. End-to-End Encrypted Communication
All workspace messages, repository links, and deliverable attachments shared within the Workspace Comm Hub are encrypted using AES-256 standards in transit and at rest.
3. KYC Document Processing & Storage
Level 2 Identity Verification documents submitted for fiat withdrawals (Bank/PayPal) are processed on offline, air-gapped compliance servers. They are used exclusively for AML compliance and are never shared with prospective clients or marketplace contractors.
5. Web3 Non-Custodial Wallet Privacy
When utilizing Web3 Direct Routing for ledger settlements, WorkDeve processes transactions directly via public blockchain networks (Tron, Ethereum, BNB Chain). Wallet addresses provided for payouts are used solely for automated cryptographic clearing.
6. International Rights & Data Subject Requests
In compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations, users may request full data export or permanent account erasure by submitting a verification ticket through our Trust & Safety compliance center.
